Who we are

This website is run by YNC (Your Next Clients). For any privacy question, write to max@prodaj.info.

What we collect

When you register: first name, last name, email, WhatsApp number and the name of your clinic or practice.

When you visit: the pages you open, the ad or link that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and Meta ad identifiers) and an anonymous visitor id stored in your browser.

When you buy the VIP package: payment is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email and payment status, never your card details.

Why we use it

To register you for the webinar and send you the access details, reminders and the materials you asked for.

To send you related information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

To measure which ads and pages work, so we spend our budget well.

Who we share it with

Only with the services we use to run the webinar: our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), Stripe for payments, Meta for ad measurement and our hosting and database provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed for the webinar and follow up, and delete it when you ask us or when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop receiving messages. Write to max@prodaj.info, use the unsubscribe link in any email or reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message.

This policy follows the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors from the EU, the GDPR.

Security

Your data is stored in a protected database that cannot be read from the public website. Only the account owner can view it, after signing in.
